How You Will Impact

• You will ensure that our integrated management system functions effectively and is adhered to throughout the organization.
• You drive compliance and promote engagement around quality requirements and process maturity.
• You coordinate internal audits and management reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
• You assist in training colleagues in SAP, which strengthens our internal competence.
• You respond to and monitor traceability issues to ensure traceability is maintained in our machines.

What You Bring

• You have experience working with integrated management systems in large industrial companies and are passionate about creating engagement and compliance.
• You have good knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001.
• You are preferably a certified internal audit leader.
• You have good knowledge of SAP, particularly in the QM and SM modules.
• You have an understanding of quality requirements and traceability in machines and products.
• You have the ability to train and support colleagues in areas such as SAP and traceability issues.
• You can work cross-functionally and build trust and networks within the organization.
